| 教學內容 |
1. 建構同學對於匯率、外匯市場與國際收支等國際金融之完整基本概念，以購買力平價理論、利率平價理論與國際費雪效應等詳細解釋匯率的決定，進而介紹匯率制度與國際金融政策－概念、制度與政策。
2. 導入貨幣學派模型、Mundell-Fleming模型與IS-LM-BP模型等，訓練同學以理論模型圖解分析匯率對總體經濟之相互影響效果、不同匯率制度下財政與貨幣政策之有效性的進階能力－理論。
3. 引導同學，應用學理，分析國際金融形勢的最新發展並探討國內外近年來的重大金融問題，包括人民幣匯率波動對亞洲金融市場的影響效果、金融海嘯後人民幣之走勢與台灣、韓國及日本的金融發展等－實務與實證。
4. 除以上三大目標外，該課程的最終目標在培養商學士對國際金融時勢所應具有之解讀與判斷的素養，以及對國際金融領域有興趣同學的進階研究能力－素養與能力。 |
Syllabus |
1. To construct student’s complete basic concepts in international finance such as exchange rate, foreign exchange market and international balance of payment. Theory of Purchasing Power Parity, Interest Rate Parity Theory and International Fisher Effect will be used to explain the exchange rate decision in detail. Moreover, exchange rate system and international financial policy will be introduced, mainly on concept, system and policy.
2. Monetarism Model, Mundell-Fleming Model and IS-LM-BP Model will be introduced to train student’s capability using theory and model to analyze with figure the mutual effect between exchange rate and macro-economy. Meanwhile, the advanced capability of the effectiveness of financial and monetary policy under different exchange rate systems will also be introduced: theory.
3. Students will be taught how to use theory to analyze the newest development in international financial trend. The recent major financial issues both domestically and overseas will also be investigated, for example, how the Renminbi exchange rate volatility affects Asian financial market, what is the Renminbi trend after financial tsunami and the financial development in Taiwan, Korea and Japan, etc.: practice and empirical study.
4. In addition to the three major goals mentioned above, the final goal of that curriculum is to incubate student with Business degree the reading and judgment literacy on international financial trend, meanwhile, it also incubates student with interest in international finance field the advanced research capability: literacy and capability. |
