| 課程目標 |
為強化本系學生就業競爭力，促進產學交流，本系由96學年度起，選定優良金融機構(以下簡稱產學合作廠商)建立產學合作機制(以下簡稱本計畫)，共同培育金融業高級業務菁英。本系特規劃財金職場專業見習課程供本系大四學生選修，學生得利用第二學期前往產學合作廠商培訓單位見習三個月，俾能印證理論與實務之結合，加速提升財務金融專業，爭取先期進入職場機會，並促進本系與產業界的合作與交流。 |
Objectives |
The objective of this course is to provide opportunities for our students to receive a series of trainings on the financial related job requirements before they graduate from our university. We have established an intern training program－the last mile course. Our students will undertake three months’ professional training out of the campus during the last semester. Cooperating with the financial institutions, we arrange our students to receive practical training to understand the professional and theoretical spirits of Finance. The internship affiliations include E. Sun Security Co., Polaris Financial Airport, Law Insurance Broker Company, etc. |

| 成績評量方式 |
財金職場專業見習學科總成績之計算方式如下：
(一).本系考核部分。其中見習生返校述職口頭報告成績占70%；書面期末總結報告成績占30%。
(二).產學合作廠商考核部分，依產學合作廠商輔導員考核見習生工作表現之後評給成績計算。以100分為滿分，最低為0分。
(三).合上加權計算，本系考核部分占總分40%，產學合作廠商考核部分占總分60%。 |
