Objectives |
This two-semester course is required for all sophomores who are enrolled in the four-year day program. It is a general English course that aims to further enhance students’ communication competence and to strengthen their reading skills as well as their understanding in terms of the writing process. |

Syllabus |
This course is designed to provide practical skills and knowledge of how touse English and read in English. A significant part of the class will be devoted to helping students develop listening comprehension skills and speaking ability.
Course Objectives:
1. Provide students with rich background knowledge to help improve reading comprehension.
2. Provide learners with clear and fully expressed instructions in learning how to process and learn new vocabulary.
3. Give students the opportunity to make a speech and discuss articles in the classroom. |
