隨著金融商品之推陳出新，相應而生的法規範需求也日趨複雜。為使同學全盤了解金融交易及其相關法律問題，因此本課程之設計主要希望透過對於金融服務相關法規制度之介紹與討論，建立同學對金融市場監理之認識。 |
Objectives |
With the emerging development of the financial markets and transactions comes the urgent need for extensive and comprehensive law to regulate the market as well as the institution. Financial Law is related to legal issues of financial trades and discussions of financial systems. This course provides an overview of the regulation of the banking and financial services industry focusing on the regulatory structure, regulatory bodies and the binding law. This seminar aims to introduce students to the field of banking and financial law, devoted to the law governing the financial markets and financial transactions. |

2.identify key legal cases and legislation that have had an important impact on insurance regulations
3.identify the obligations and rights between an insurer and an insured
4.explain the objectives of rate regulation and the different types of rating laws |
