| 教學內容 | 微笑曲線兩端即是研發創新與品牌行銷。在政府大力鼓吹民間企業由OEM升級到ODM、甚至於升級到OBM的企圖心之下，實際上研發創新與品牌行銷對於國內已經習慣於生產製造文化的大部份企業而言，是一個極為艱辛、但是勢必要積極提升的方向。本課程將以產業創新個案探討、加上產業見習引導方式，帶領同學們共同思考產業創新發展的整體策略。 | Syllabus | On the two sides of the smiling curve are RD/innovation and branding/sales respectively. To move from the middle of the curve (production) to the two sides is not really an easy task. This class uses practical innovation case studies and indepth industry visiting to try to guide students to think about the overall strategies for industry innovative development. |
