本課程目的是根據工程專案的特性，探討不同的層面的專案管理方法。
課程內容包括：專案組織、可行性分析、時程規劃、成本規劃與控制、物料管理、品質管理、資源管理以及工程的作業理論應用等。 |
Objectives |
Based on the characteristics of construction project, the topic covers different project management techniques, which includes project organizations, feasibility analysis (economic, financial), scheduling, cost planning and control, materials management, quality management, resource management, and operations theory application in construction. |

本課程以現今已完整發展出實務操作程序之「專案管理知識體系」為主軸，講述專案各階段如何建立有效的分工組織形式，如何使組織內人員獲得充分的培訓且能發揮所長，又如何處理組織內外之溝通與資訊傳遞，以求專案順利達成預期目標，進而為組織帶來最大效益。上述課程經過課堂講授與研討後，將以輔導學生考取PMA（專案助理）專業證照為學期修業目標。 |
Syllabus |
Based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), this course aims to instruct the best practice of project management, including organizing and stimulating a project team, communicating with project stakeholders, and successfully delivering project outcomes. The students will be asked to pass the PMA certification at the end of the course. |
