| 教學內容 | 高齡社會的到來，政府規劃長期照護政策，直接帶動非營利組織的成長與發展，產業界也紛紛投入銀髮族相關產品的研發與生產，使得銀髮族產業成為一門顯學，對於銀髮產業的認識與經營管理的需求愈形重要，因應社會的需求，建立正確觀念與基礎認識，對於學子、社會以至於產業發展均有正面的助益。 （一） 目標： 1、了解我國與各國銀髮產業相關議題與政策。 2、剖析與探討銀髮產業之經營價值與管理原則。 3、探討銀髮產業之各種面向及未來發展趨勢。 （二）大綱： 1、我國、英國、日本銀髮產業與老人福利發展現況。 2、老人生理、心理特質與需求分析。 3、非營利組織經營管理面向之討論與實例參訪。 |
