| 教學內容 | 1、 透過具體實習經驗，了解幼保工作的內涵，感受其所需之專業知能及態度，明白自己的優勢與不足，以為自我充實之努力方向。 2、 藉由彼此分享實習所見所聞，評析幼教現場之問題與構思解決方案。 3、 聆聽前輩經驗之談，調整個人觀念與期待，做好未來生涯準備與規劃。 4、 認識幼教法令與規章，做個知法守法、敬業積極的優質幼保人員。 | Syllabus | 1. Through internships, students will understand the content of early education and feel the professional knowledge and skills it needs. Therefore they can be sure about what they already having been equipped and what they still need to learn. 2. To critique and ayalize the real world of early childhood education in Taiwan and construct the solutions for probelms. 3. Through listening to others' experiences, students are expected to modify their concepts and expectation for their future and parepare themselves for next steps. 4. To learn about the laws related to early childhood ecutaion and care so that they will be excellent educators in the future |
