本課程主要在帶領學生進行自我生命狀態的探索，並透過教材和授課老師的引導，讓學生分享自己的生命故事、聆聽他人的生命故事、承認自己的不是、原諒他人的錯誤、接受生命中的發生、感謝過去的經歷、嘗試放下許多自己的執著，更願意把愛傳出去，讓自己和他人活得更好。 |
Objectives |
The course mainly will lead students to explore their lives. By teaching materials and teacher's explanations, students will share their own life stories, listen to others' life stories, acknowledge their own flaws, forgive others' mistakes, accept all occurrences, be thankful for past experiences, try to let go of personal attachment, spread love, and make life better. |
