藉由建築相關法令之授課及解說，使學生了解建築設計於實際營建過程中所需考量之相關規範及限制情形，進一步輔助建築設計符合社會需求，促進環境健全發展。主要內容：1.建築法 2.建築師法 3.都市及區域計劃法 4.建築技術規則 5.消防及其它相關法規。 |
Objectives |
This course will explore the related architectural laws such as architecture law, architect law, urban and regional planning law, building codes, and others. Case studies involving real projects will be conducted. The purpose of the course is to provide students with understanding the related laws and limitations during building process, to assist the design to fit the social needs and to accelerate a sound environment. |

| 教學內容 |
以認識建築法系與土地管制法系為主要內容，區分為「建築管理」與「建築實務」兩大方向。上半學期針對建築管理為主軸，講授我國土地管制的架構、建築許可管理、施工管理、使用管理與行政處罰等主題；下半學期針對建築技術實務為主軸，講授建築防火規定、行動不便設施規定、山坡地管理、綠建築規定、農舍與農業設施管理、都市設計審議與耐震規範等主題，以期讓學生瞭解建築法規的管理與實務操作，提升同學法學素養與法規檢討能力。
使同學了解建築法規的架構範圍、立法精神及管制規定，進而具備之基本法學知識，提升職場就業之工作能力，教學目標如下：
1.瞭解建築法系與土地管制法系的立法目的與精神。
2.瞭解行政程序與建築管理內容。
3.瞭解行政與技術分立之精神與內容。
4.具備中小型建築案件法規檢討能力。 |
Syllabus |
The understanding of construction law and the Department of Land Control Act, as the main content, divided into "construction management" and "building practices," the two directions. The first half and for construction management as the main, teaching the structure of China's land control, management of building permits, construction management, use of such topics as management and administrative penalties; construction technology for the next semester as the main practice, teaching fire safety requirements for construction, facilities mobility requirements , slope management, green building requirements, farm and agricultural facilities management, urban design and seismic code requirements and other topics considered in order to enable students to understand the building codes of management and operational practices to enhance the legal literacy and law students to review the ability.
Students can understand the scope of the framework of building codes, the spirit and control requirements, and then have the basic legal knowledge, the ability to work to enhance the job market, teaching objectives are as follows:
1. To understand construction law and the Department of Land Control Act, the legislative purpose and spirit.
2. To understand the content of administrative procedures and construction management.
3. To understand the spirit of separation of executive and technical content.
4. With small and medium capacity building case law review. |
