| 課程目標 | 工程專案的執行，需要對進度成本品質做出完善的規劃，方能使工程順利進行，本課程即在教導各項工程規劃方法與技術，課程內容包括進度排程方法、機械生產力分析、資源拉平理論、品質分析方法、成本分析與管制方法。 | Objectives | The objectives of the course is to learn the different planning and control techniques in order to know how to manage a construction project, which covers CPM, PERT, ADM/PDM, resource leveling, materials management, cost control, quality planning, safety, insurance and bonding. |
