| 課程目標 |
1.闡述採購在經營管理中所承擔的角色與功能；藉由介紹採購制度、作業流程、表單規劃，提供學生在未來職場所需之採購專業及態度。
2.幫助學生建立成本意識，提供有效方法和工具：如議價技巧、貨源搜尋、供應商評選以及價格與成本分析；藉以激發學生培養規劃採購策略能力。
3.引導學生理解採購策略以及存貨管理之內在聯繫；藉以熟悉企業體功能部門間之互動聯結關係。
4.瞭解存貨管理系統之架構、流程以及存貨控制合理化，以提高企業整體供應鏈之優勢。 |
Objectives |
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Describe the purchasing function; Explain the roles, procedures and documents used in the purchase process and the purchasing profession as a whole.
2. Understand the basic concepts and skills used in purchasing decisions; including: Negotiation skills, Sourcing, Supplier management, and Cost analysis
3. Explain the relationship of inventory management and control to the Purchasing process.
4. Successfully demonstrate effective inventory operations in the supply chain. |
