| 課程目標 | 憲政是民主制度的基礎和保障，同時也是對民主政治的制衡，其根本的作用在於防止政府權力濫用，以維護公民普遍的生命、自由、財產等權利與規定公民應遵守之義務。本課程提供學生們認識到憲政主義與民主政治的理論架與實務驗，充實學生們在憲政主義下的基本人權與主權在民概念，進而提學生們的民主與法治的素養。 | Objectives | Constitutionalism is the foundation and protection of democratic system, but is also the checks and balances for democracy. Its fundamental role is to prevent the abuse of government power in order to protect the lives of people, freedom, property rights and stipulate the obligation that people should comply with. This class provides students with the understanding of theory and practice for constitutionalism and democratic politics to enrich the concept of basic human right and sovereignty in people under constitutional government principle for further prompting students’ quality of democracy and the rule of law |
