Objectives | 1.To understand the theory of fitness management. 2.To be familiar with the essential skills of fitness assessment. 3.To emphasize the ethics of fitness management and professional attitude. 4.To enhance students’ abilities of applying theories in fitness management and assessment. 5.To enhance students’ abilities of interpretation for the fitness assessment reports through group presentation. 6.To cultivate students’ abilities of active learning and international view through the case study and discussion. |
