| 教學內容 | 演講，分組討論及校外參觀 當今社會中，金融資產的存在，不僅促進資金融通，並且重新配置風險。對於買賣交易各種金融資產的市場所發生的事實，必須經由立法機制訂立遊戲規則，並且加以監理。對於資本市場中的核心問題，國家如何在維護社會公平與處進經濟效率的衝突中，避免市場失序，並確保金融中介機構與證券市場健全運作，創造信用就是本學期研究的課題。 |
Syllabus | speech,team work and outing. The financial law is summed to enact for the purpose of promoting the national economic development, financial activity and the protection of investors. The regulation and supervision of public offering, issuing, and trading of securities shall be governed by the Securities and Exchange Act. Such matters not provided for in this Act shall be governed by the provision of the Company Act and other relevant acts. In Taiwan, there are some act such as the Banking act of the public of China, it is enacted to improve the conduct of the banking business, to protect the rights of depositors, to coordinate with the development of productive enterprises and to keep Bank credit abreast of national financial policy. |
