| 課程目標 |
婚姻是一種形成身分關係的身分契約，是一切親屬的生活關係之根源，其亦涉及國家社會倫理規範之重要問題，故須以法律保護合法的配偶關係，並規範夫妻間的權利義務，以及父母子女間之教養扶養之關係；因此，了解此些相關法律規範乃為本課程目標，並配合現今社會之變遷，探討「新型婚姻關係」之可能會有的法律問題，以及婚姻中兩性平權等相關之議題。 |
Objectives |
Marriage is a contract which forms the relationship. It is also related to the essential issues about the social morality and ethics. Therefore, the law is used to protect the rights of the legal marriage and parents and children. It is the goal of this class to understand these laws. On the other hand, discussing the legal problems about ‘new type marriage’ and the equality of men and women in the marriage is also the interest of this class. |
