教學內容 |
本課程是藉由對心理發展階段及其課題、健康管理、壓力調適、愛的了解與學習、有意義的關係、正向情緒與個人長處、性別差異、什麼是性、孤單與獨處、死亡與失落、個人生命意義與價值等主題的探索與分享,幫助我們看見可能造成我們的生命潛能未能全然發揮的盲點,試著對這些部分有所覺察,進而思考自己生命的其他可能性,並重新選擇不同的生命態度及行為模式,使自己能有更高程度的自我實現。課程進行方式含上課講授、雙向交流、小組研討及分享、心理測驗之自我評估、電影欣賞、課後家庭作業等。 |

The objective of this course is to discuss and share opinions about topics of psychological development stages and its main tasks, gender differences, health management, stress regulation, understanding and learning of love, meaningful relationship, positive emotion and personal merits, what is sex, loneliness related issues, death and loss, life meaning and worth etc..To help us find the possible blind spots that might hinder us from developing our potential completely, try to be aware of them, think about any other possibility in our lives, find alternatives of our attitude and behaviors, and in order to have greater degree of self actualization. This course will include course instructor's lectures, students' feedback (Q and A), group discussion and sharing, self administration of psychological tests, and assigned homework. |
