| 課程目標 | 現代的日常生活分外忙碌，以致人的精神生活產生空虛之感，加上本校的學生大多為理商工的學生，在文學和藝術的訓練上本就有所不足，因此用文學的態度來看待生活是本課程的主要目的。 | Objectives | Because the backgrounds for most of our students are either in science or technology, we hope to introduce to the students to look at life from a literary viewpoint. Through study of classical literature, we can learn how to live modern life from the past. We hope this will have a positive impact on students' future. |

| 教學內容 | 文學，是人生的展現。喜怒哀樂、歡喜悲愁，種種情緒都成為文學最好的養料；而透過文學家創造的世界，我們得以放縱自己的想像，馳騁自己的思緒，與文學創作者一起享受高潮起伏的快感。 本課程以「人」為軸心，並從「個人」及「群體」二方面加以思考。個人的心中有喜怒哀樂的感受，而群體之間則有親情、友情、愛情等關係，因此本課程將以「文學中的情緒」及「文學中的情感」作為發展方向。 單元一：文學中的喜悅 單元二：文學中的怒氣 單元三：文學中的哀愁 單元四：文學中的哀愁 單元五：文學中的進退與得失 單元六：文學與親情 單元七：文學與友情 單元八：文學與愛情 |
Syllabus | Literature is the reflection of life and the varieties of emotions are its best nutrition, including delight, anger, sorrow, happiness, and so on. We can indulge our imaginations and thoughts in the splendid world created by the litterateur. This class will be started from the discussion of “human being”, and then extended the issues into “person” and “group”. Since each person has complex emotions in his/her mind and each group is related to others by friendship and love, the main topic of the class would be the emotions and affects in the literature. |
