Objectives |
The purpose of this course is to help students develop their professional competence in curriculum design, instruction, classroom management, parent education, and interpersonal relationship. Also, the familiarity with workplaces and correct work ethics are fostered in this course. |

本課程的目標為
1、觀察在幼稚園的幼教教師工作情形及幼兒在園區的生活和學習情形。
2、經由觀察者的身分和角度去觀察園區教學環境及現場事物。
3、深入了解不同型態幼稚園的教育行政、理念、環境設備與教學。
4、經由園區參觀的時候，學習如何實踐幼稚園的課程、教學及如何與幼兒建立良好關係。
5、在園區實地參觀時，學習如何面對幼兒、同儕、家長，並整合所學的專業知識和之前的教學經驗。 |
Syllabus |
The objectives of this course
1, observation of teachers in the kindergarten early childhood education and child care in the park working conditions of living and learning situations.
2, through the observer status and perspective of teaching and learning environment to observe the park and on-site things.
3, in-depth understanding of the different types of kindergarten education administration, philosophy, environmental equipment, and teaching.
4, through the park to visit when learning how to practice of the kindergarten curriculum, teaching and how to establish a good relationship with the child.
5, during a visit to the field in the park, learning how to deal with children, peers, parents, and integrate what they have learned the expertise and previous teaching experience. |
