教學內容 帶領學生閱讀中、英文文獻，認識社會工作專業督導的本質、功能、模式、操作策略與方法，協助學生檢視過去被督導經驗，並要為未來成為督導者做準備。此外，對文化、性別、權力等影響督導歷程的因素加以探索，以協助學生洞察及省思該等因素對督導情境所造成的影響。 Syllabus 帶領學生閱讀中、英文文獻，認識社會工作專業督導的本質、功能、模式、操作策略與方法，協助學生檢視過去被督導經驗，並要為未來成為督導者做準備。此外，對文化、性別、權力等影響督導歷程的因素加以探索，以協助學生洞察及省思該等因素對督導情境所造成的影響。
