課程目標 使學生能從實際工作中，認識當前的社會現象、社會問題、社會福利機構的服務網絡及社會工作專業所扮演的角色，透過實際的接觸以增進瞭解，期能整合學校所學，而增強其服務能力。 Objectives Through practicum, students gain understanding of the theories, social problems, policies, practices, and values associated with social work. Students demonstrate an understanding of and the ability to use client delivery systems and resources. Students acquire new skills and apply their class knowledge in their practice setting.

成績評量方式 （一）實習成績評量，包括：學習態度10﹪、人際關係10﹪、專業智能20﹪、出勤考核20﹪、實習報告20﹪、實習成果發表20﹪。
（二）學生實習成績由實習單位督導及實習任課教師共同評量，分別各佔50﹪。		 Grading （一）practice score includes：1. practice manners 10％；2.human relations10％；3. professional ability20％；4.diligent degree20％；5. practice report20％；6. publish result of the practicum20％。
（二）total practice score includes：1. practice institution’s mentor50％；2.school teacher50％。

2.實習前召開小組團體督導。
3.學生機構實習至少240小時。
4.教師訪視實習機構督導。
5.小組團體督導。
6.實習週誌建議與回饋。
7.實習心得總報告研討。
