| 成績評量方式 | 1.期中報告(30%)： 以分組方式就各章內容尋找適當主題之實務案例進行口頭報告並繳交書面資料。 2.期末報告(30%)： 以分組方式就本課程所學內容開放式的尋找個案進行口頭報告並繳交書面資料。 3.出缺(30%)： 每週點名，點到者加總分2分，補點名者加1分(第一節下課前到)，共計30分，全勤者(含未遟到)另加總分10分。請假視同補點名(須假單)。 4.實務剪報(10%)： 根據商業周刊及相關報章雜誌分派剪報討論作業。 PS:分組以四人為一組 |

| 教學內容 | 本課程主要在闡述管理理論知識並輔以實際案例探討，使同學瞭解管理基本的四大功能：規劃、組識、領導、控制，各章內容將圍繞在此四大功能詳細說明。身為老人服務事業管理人，未來無論是擔負幾十、幾百人的機構或組織，或兩三人的部門管理角色；無論是身處社福機構或一般服務事業，管理工作是否可或缺的職能。 | Syllabus | This course focuses on practice discussion besides on management theory. Base on the management functions: Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling. Every cheater is focus on these functions of management. |
