兼顧理論與實務教導社工系同學如何實施社會團體工作，以理論講述，配合同學親身參與團體之經驗，介紹如何以小團體為媒介，來協助案主成長，激發潛能，並帶來有意義改變。 |
Objectives |
Social Group Work aims to provide the student with the basic theoretical underpinning of group dynamics, to develop competence in analyzing group process, and to enable the application of group work method in helping the individual, family, organization, and community. |

| 教學內容 |
壹、 課程目標：
透過資料研讀、課堂研討、團體工作方案及團體工作經驗分享等方式，使學生學習和了解團體動力學和社會團體工作意義與工作程序、領導團體技巧。
貳、 授課方式：
1. 以研讀小團體理論、社會團體工作意義、發展史及團體工作程序等資料，並配合小團體結構活動方案研討，以幫助學生學習團體動力和團體領導技巧。
2. 以案例說明團體方案設計原則，並要求學生分組實際設計團體工作方案。

Syllabus |
A.Course objectivities:
Making students to learn and understand the social group meaning, types, developmental stages, working procedures, leadership skills, as well as social group dynamic, through interacting teaching by the way of textbook reading, explaining, classroom discussion, and group programs, working experience-sharing and so on.
B.Teaching methods:
a.Reading social group theory, meaning, developmental history, and working procedures…etc., as well as act in concert with introducing and discussing social group programs, to help students learn social group dynamic and leadership skills.
b.Explain the designing social group programs principles by the manner of describing group cases, as well as require students to divide into teams and each team should design one group program. |
