教學內容 本課程延續上個學期的內容，繼續探討與人類有關的心理、社會、環境等層面的主題，以及有關個體行為的理論與實際應用。授課重點包括動機與情緒、思考與創造、身心發展、人格、社會心理、壓力與心理衛生等，以增進對自我的了解，並培養適應生活環境的能力。 Syllabus This course continues to discuss about psychological, social, and environmental aspects related to human beings, as well as theories and applications of individual behavior. The main topics include motivation and emotion, thinking and creativity, developmental psychology, personality, social psychology, pressure and mental hygiene. The goal is to enhance self-understanding, and cultivate the ability to adapt oneself to circumstances.
