| 課程目標 |
1.商事法為民法之特別法，包含公司法、票據法、海商法、保險法四部分。
2.本課程將較著重於公司法與票據法之介紹；期藉由案例分析的方式，讓學生能從中了解公司治理於法規上的運作，並能熟悉實務上票據之運用。 |
Objectives |
1.Commercial law is special law of the Civil law，including of Corporate law、Bill law、Maritime law、Insurance Method.
2.The court will be emphatically introduced on Corporate law and Bill law，hopes that students could understand the company governs operated in law and be familiar with making use of the bill. |
