教學內容 課程設計主要了解體重控制基本認識與身體能量機能基本運作的認識和正確運動處方。健康營養、飲食習慣與醫療,對於運動能力與日常生活功能性體適能的交互影響關係。 Syllabus Course Design: The main understanding of the basic knowledge of weight control and body awareness of the basic operation of the energy function and the correct exercise prescription.
