課程目標 民法以其為民商法結構之基礎，相當適合成為進階商法之入門課程。本課程經適當之整理，以滿管理學院學生之需求。課程中以締結契約之程序及損害賠償之請求議題為論述重心。經過本授課內容之訓練，學生可期待具商業交易法律效果之一般知識。 Objectives Civil Law as the foundation of civil and business legal structure is ideal for serving as the introductory course of the more advanced business Laws. This course is well tailored to suit the needs of students of management school. Of particular interests would be the process of contract formation and seeking of damages. After training of the class materials, students are expected to have general knowledge of the legal effects concerning commercial trade.

教學內容 民法是規範吾人日常生活私人間權利義務關係的實體私法。我國民法有一千二百二十五條文，計分五編：總則、債編、物權編、親屬編及繼承編等。
1.民法總則：係民法之通則性原則規定，分七章，共一五二條。
2民法債編：分通則及各種之債，民國88年4月21日修正，89年5月5日施行。
3.民法物權編：計十章，共二百十條，有關所有權、抵押權等問題規定，96.3.28.修正。
4.民法親屬編：計分七章，歷經7次修正，計分七章，有關結婚、夫妻財產制、離婚等規定。
5.民法繼承編：民國74年6月3日、97.1.2修正公布，計分三章，有關遺產繼承人，遺產分配，遺囑等規定。		 Syllabus Civil law is to regulate the rights and responsibilities between people’s daily life relationship. There are total 1,225 articles in our Civil law, classified into 5 chapters: general principles, liabilities, substance rights, relatives, and inheritance act.(1)General principles of Civil Law: The principle rules of Civil Law, total 152 articles in 7 sections.(2)Liabilities of Civil Law: General rules and classified rules of liability. Amended on April 21st, 1999, and practiced on May 5th, 2000.(3)Substance rights of Civil Law:Total 210 articles in 10 sections. Regulations of ownership and hypothec.(4)Relative rights of Civil Law:Total 7 sections. Amended 6 times. Regulations of marriage, property of married couple system, and divorcement.(5)Inheritance act of Civil Law: Total 3 sections, amended on June 3rd, 1985. Regulations of inheritors, inheritance allotments and wills.
