課程目標 許多新手教師希望讓他的教室充滿歡笑、朝氣、民主氣氛的同時,又不至於使學習效果打折,於是常規、紀律問題的處理就顯得非常重要。班級經營策略解決教師在教室裡所面臨的疑難雜症,也使學生能在一個良好的學習環境中來學習。 Objectives Many novice teachers hope to have a joyful, relaxed, and democratic classroom climate with effective learning for children. Setting classroom rules and dealing with students’ discipline problem are very important. Classroom management strategies help teachers solve problems in classroom, and provide a high-quality learning environment for children.
