課程目標 1認識兒童的類型及其教育障礙。2瞭解兒童的心理需要及在生活適應上可能存在的問題。3通曉各類兒童的鑑定方法及其施教和輔導的要領。 Objectives The goals of this course are to give students the knowledge of :
1. The variety of children's types and their educational block.
2. Children's mental needs and their possible difficulties in adaptation to life.
3. The educational measurements of the children's physical and mental health and respective teaching strategies.

教學內容 本課程主要從兒童人格、知覺、思考及心理的發展過程,針對其第一及第二語言之習得做一深入的探討。 Syllabus The course examines the various perceptual, cognitive and social theories related to the nature of stages in children's physical, personal and emotional development.

It also provides a holistic insight of basic linguistic concepts necessary to understand how children acquire L1 & L2.
