Objectives |
This course is designed to develop students" general listening comprehension and oral skills through a variety of strategies. Students will be asked to make predictions, draw inferences, outline, take notes, and listen for phonological clues that signal important information. Students will apply these strategies to a great variety of recorded English and discussions. |

Students will be asked to make predictions, draw inferences, outline, take notes, and listen for phonological clues that signal important information. Students will apply these strategies to a great variety of recorded English and discussions. In addition to other authentic materials, one chapter in the textbook will be covered each week. |
