課程目標 本課程的目標，在講授土地法及其相關法規之內容要點、立法意旨、及其架構與實務運用，讓學生對土地法規與都市計畫之關係有完整之認識，並對都市發展所需之法令規範，及建設用地之取得方法有充分的了解。 Objectives In order to make you fully understand how to apply land laws to urban planning, what regulations and laws needed for urban development, and how to acquire the construction sites, I’ll not only lecture the land laws, but also explain their key points, legislative apparatus, legislative intentions, and how to apply in practice.
