課程目標 本課程目標主要針對環境風險評估之四大主軸(1)危害性之鑑定(2)劑量效應評估(3)暴露度評估(4)風險度評估進行基礎說明,其重要內容包括a.危害性化學物質之毒性鑑定方法、致癌物質之艦定及非致癌物質之鑑定b.劑量與反應之間關連性評估及利用外插法進行劑量與反應之間關連性評估c.暴露族群、暴露模式暴露參數之介紹d.風險度數值之推算及風險度顯著性。 Objectives The objectives of this course is to introduction the four main framework of environmental risk assessment (1) Hazard identification (2)
Dose-response assessment (3) Exposure assessment (4) Risk characterization. a. Hazard identification concentrated on toxicity test method, identification of carcinogenicity and non- carcinogenicity b. Evaluation on relationship between dose and response and using the external extension method to evaluate the relationship between dose and response c. To introduce exposure population, exposure model and exposure parameter d. To practice risk characteristic degree and significance of the risk.
