1.了解餐旅資訊系統之重要性
2.客房及餐廳資訊系統之應用
3.餐旅資訊系統之維護
電腦發展對餐旅產業影響極為深邃。本課程將有系統地介紹IT(Information Technology)，管理資訊系統的概念內涵及實務應用。在使修習者學習以組織觀點，探討如何將與資訊有關技術應用在餐旅業者經營管理上，並透過決策的程序，幫助組織達成目標。 |
Objectives |
1.Understanding the importance of hospitality information systoms.
2.App;ication of information systems in guestrooms and restaurants.
3.Maintenance of hospitality information systern.
The development of computer technology has had a profound influcnce on the hospitality industry. This course shall provide a systomatic introduction of IT ,the concept of IT system management and actual applications so that students would learn to adopt the perspcctive of organizations to discuss how IT related technologies may be applied in the management of hospitality industry and assist organizations to achieve their goals through decision making process. |
