以分組方式進行，以5人為一組，指導老師
針對產業、個別企業或機構之會計實務問題之現況探討、診斷、建議等，指導學生製作專題，專題範圍包括：（1）公司治理（2）獎酬制度與績效評估（3）會計準則（4）資產評價與風險（5）智慧資本（6）企業道德與行為會計生產製造與科技（7）審計相關議題（8）稅務與非營利事業會計（9）其他與會計相關之管理研究。 |
Syllabus |
The purpose of this course is through the review of important issues on accounting research and related empirical methodologies to better prepare students for understanding the trend of accounting research in recent years. To improve students' abilities of research, the class led by thesis advisors will guide students through empirical cases, papers and research themes discussion. |
