以法條與案例分析方式，使學生能瞭解民法在整個法律體係之地位及價值，對民法條文有一定程度之認識，對學生日常生活及相關考試，均有相當之助益。

第4至7週：債編
第8週：期中考試（4/23）

第11至13週：物權
第14至16週：親屬、繼承

Syllabus |
Article of law and case analysis methods to enable students to understand the civil law legal system in the whole of the status and value to a certain extent on the civil provisions of the understanding. The class will be quite the help to the students daily life and related examinations.
