| 課程目標 | 企業追求成長及競爭優勢，管理生產與作業能力是很關鍵的一件事，修習本課程可以學習到組織如何有效管理生產與作業資源的活動，其中包含設計、規劃、執行及控制產品或服務於生產與作業時所需的原物料、人力資源、設備、設施、能源及方法的管理系統。 此外不論是製造業或是服務業，最重要的是管理其實際的產出如產品及或服務，故學生透過本課程學習亦可以瞭解如何很有效能與效率的做對的事與將這些事做好。 | Objectives | The purpose of operations management is to create a competitive advantage for manufacture and service operators in the market place by conveying a set of knowledge, skills and tools. The objective of this course is to cover production and operations management, including MRP, JIT, forecasting, supply chain management, resource and capacity planning, inventory and material management, and scheduling. Each student will be able to recognize the appropriate methods and procedures of operations management and how organizations use these to improve efficiency and effectives of the operations systems. |

| 成績評量方式 | 1.課程參與成績 (最多25%) (1) 每週上課出席給予1分。若遲到10分鐘以上或上課時未遵守課堂紀律者，每堂/每次扣分0.4。任何請假事由均視為未到課；未到課時數到達18小時者，將依校規予以扣考。 (2) 上課發言(包括正確回答問題及問題提問)將給予0.5分。 3. 分組作業成績 (25%) (1) 平時作業(10%)：由教師指定問題，各組根據參考補充講義或指定教材繳交書面報告至LMS系統。 (2) 期末分組報告(15%)：請各組實際訪談一家公司（不限業別、規模大小），針對本學期授課內容，進行該公司相關主題的報告。 p.s. 任何意見發表或報告內容一經發現為剽竊他人作品者，一律以零分計算。 3.考試成績：期中考 (25%)、期末考 (25%) |
