本課程從切身的實際問題作為刺激學生思考與啟發關懷環境的起點，如：生活環境之美與特殊性的觀察和體認、再進而認識台灣自然生態之美與環境現況；環境倫理學作為當今的議題，除了突顯出人類道德關懷責任的擴展外，更顯示出人類共同面對地球生境，究竟應該要如何與自然共處？這樣的課程強調知性的理解與實踐關懷，對基本環境倫理概念、代表人物與著作、環境倫理議題的認識之外，終究回歸於學生生態素養的提升，期能真正體現一種符合環保永續的生活方式。 |
Objectives |
We expect students can understand the current theories of environmental ethics. Further, they can care the environmental problems in Taiwan. Briefly, the goal of this class aims for promoting students ecological literacy. |

何謂哲學？孟東籬的愛生哲學、何謂靈商？中國儒、釋、道三家的人生哲學西方哲學(家）之人生觀，哲學與宗教、基督教佛教與伊斯蘭教三大宗教的基本教義與人生、何謂生命倫理學？生死學簡介。人與自然環境之間的關係、何謂環境倫理學？動物權利的理論、環境與經濟之間的永續議題、有機生活的概念。 |

I will introduce the definition of philosophy and lead a discussion about the issues of three fields.They are religious,bioethical and environmental problems.We expect students can gain nutrition for life in this class.
The contents include these topics,
what is philosophy？What is bio-philia？What is Spiritual intelligence？The basic doctrine of Buddhism, Christianity and Islam.What is the relationship of human being with nature？What is Environmental ethics？ What is Land ethic？ The introduction of bioethics and its issues.What is thanatology？ |
