| 課程目標 | 本課程希望從日常生活當中，介紹一些熟悉但又容易疏忽環保行為的地方，從這些地方提醒學習者，當一個環保的實踐家其實很容易，關鍵就在於有沒有「心」。因此，在課程的結構上，融入了環境負荷的觀念及環境品質指標，另一方面，將心靈環保與簡樸生活相互結合，將身心健康與環保做相當程度的連結，更從生產者與消費者的角度說明環保的實踐。如飲用水之水質與安全、家庭當中常用的食品添加劑和清潔劑、環境用藥以及家庭常用之化學品、家庭垃圾之處理和垃圾減量的問題、家庭如何節約能源、如何節能與節水…等，務實地說明如何力行環保。 | Objectives | This is a general education course in life and environmental science for students majoring in fields not directly related to environmental studies. Through an introduction to basic principles of environmental, to the nature of interrelationships between humans and their environment, the course aims to provide students with an understanding of the role humans play in global environmental change and in their own future. |
