教學內容 本課程以有關個體行為的理論與實際應用為主要內容，特別強調與人類有關的心理、社會、環境等層面的主題。授課重點包括動作的基礎、認知歷程、學習理論、身心發展、社會行為、動機與情緒、個別差異，以增進對自我的了解，並培養適應生活環境的能力。 Syllabus The major contents of this course are about theories and practice of individual behavior. The psychological, social, and environmental aspects related to human beings are the most emphasized. The main topics include foundation of action, cognitive process, learning theories, physical and psychological development, social behavior, motivation and emotion, individual differences. The goal is to enhance self-understanding, and cultivate the ability to adapt oneself to circumstances.
