本課程之主旨在使學生熟悉應用於企業管理領域之Office Automation System & Information Technology工具軟體。課程著重在實務應用，包含企業的人力資源、行銷，財務，生產與作業管理、、等，以應用主題為學習主軸，介紹適合的 O.A.S. 及 I.T.工具，藉由學生個別與分組之雙重方式進行軟體演練，以達成企業資訊化之學習。 |

本課程包含網路新應用，舉凡電腦概論、Windows、Internet、電子郵件、資訊安全等範疇，還有辦公室應用最廣泛的Word、Excel、PowerPoint軟體操作應用學習。並以TQC技能檢定術科題庫為練習，輔導學生參加檢定考試。介紹如下：
1. 電腦概論：資訊科技新體驗、應用軟體
2. Internet與資訊安全：Internet、全球資訊網、電子郵件、資訊安全與隱私權
