課程目標 1. 公版著作物就是著作財產權消滅之著作，依照著作權法的規定，以自由利用為原則。著作財產權的存續期，以著作人之生存期間及其死亡後五十年為限，攝影、視聽、錄音及表演之著作財產權的存續期，以公開發表後五十年為限。
2. 檢視現有的公版著作，蒐集整理。		 Objectives 1. Public domain materials are those whose copyrights have expired and can be freely used. Copyright of creative works extend up to 50 years after the death of the author. Copyright of photos, videos, recordings, and performances extend up to 50 years after the first publication.
2. Examine and organize existing public domain materials.

作業及臨時測驗的評分標準:
10 - 天才型(95) 90，超級優秀舉世無雙
5 - 求好型(85) 80，完全正確, 該記住的都記住
3 - 努力型(80) 70，看得出來已知道該記誦的方向
2 - 交差型(70) 60，算是有唸書, 有唸沒有懂
1 - 捧場型(60) 10，太混了，祗是交出作業或考卷而已
