| 課程目標 |
本課程一開始從老人生涯規劃的自我覺醒、自我理解、評估自己身心之健康、經濟條件、家庭狀況、以及變遷中之社會環境談起，爾後針對政府之退休政策與老年福利措施以及醫療保健現況，以經營未來之生活目標，並從事自我探索、瞭解本身條件、社會資源、獲得所需之知能、分析測驗，然後設定短程、中程與長程目標。 |
Objectives |
The course started from the old career planning self-awareness, self-understanding, assessment of their physical and mental health, economic conditions, family status, as well as talk about a changing of the social environment, and against the Government's policies and old age retirement and welfare measures, as well as the status of health care to operate a future life goals, and engage in self-exploration, knowledge of their conditions, social resources, access to required knowledge and ability, analytical tests, and then set short-, medium-and long-term goal. |
