以昆蟲學為基礎，建立學生昆蟲學之基礎知識，並與農業蟲害防治與相關化學檢測分析技術銜接，以拓展昆蟲學與不同領域之專業知識的瞭解，課程中將配合不同主題設計相關實務操作課程，以增進實務與理論的結合與應用。本課程內容將包含下列主題:昆蟲分類與演化、昆蟲行為與生殖、昆蟲生態與毒理、昆蟲分子生物技術簡介、農業昆蟲學概論、昆蟲費洛蒙與誘引劑、蟲害防治策略與實務。 |
Objectives |
This course introduces the basic contents of entomology and its application in the field of agricultural management. Students will be also equipped with knowledge of the application of chemical techniques to the study of insects. The topics included in this course includes insect taxonomy and evolution, insect ecology and toxicology, application of molecular biology in entomology, introduction of agricultural insect, introduction to pest management and tactics. |
