Syllabus |
This course will provide students the ability to understand the theory and apply of corporate finance techniques in real world situations. It will also give students the big picture of financial management so that students can understand how a financial manager creates value for his firm.
Topical coverage includes: fundamental concepts of financial management, stock and bond valuation, cost of capital, risk & return, leverage, derivatives, dividend theories, and financial statements analysis etc. |
