This course covers the basic concept of microeconomics and macro-economics. 1.人力資源管理
(1)如果你是個案公司創意部門的主管，你會如何徵選新進人員？為什麼？
(2)你所觀察的個案公司組織文化概況為何？
(3)個案公司如何促進員工生涯發展？
(4)個案公司如何對創意人員進行考核？若無相關資料，試問你如何對這些人員進行考核？你的建議將為何？又如何執行？
2.激勵
(1)個案公司的領導者對人性的觀點比較傾向X理論或Y理論？為什麼？
(2)就期望理論的基本內容而言，個案公司的激勵方式為何？有無缺陷？
3.領導
(1)試找出許多人樂於加入的企業，其群體凝聚力極高，其管理者採用何種領導風格？請分別運用領導連續帶、費德勒情境模式、進入目標理論及領導者參與模式分析之。
(2)試探討領導者權力來源為何？不同個案的領導者在權力的運用上有何差異？
4.溝通
(1)就常見的溝通障礙而言，個案公司有哪些溝通上的困難？
(2)試舉出與利害關係人的衝突與談判模式？及如何化解所面臨的衝突或困境？
（1）十個戰役與（2）四個主題的每一個個案公司、事件或人物需包含下列內容：
1.個案公司基本資料
2.事件起因
3.事件經過
4.事件結果
5.利用管理學的理論工具來進行分析 （例如：SWOT分析）
6.兩個個案事件的異同比較
7.結論：你的觀點及看法
8.資料來源：需列出書本、雜誌的名稱、作者、出版日期、出版社等資料等或網站網址 |
