針對近年來我國證券市場之蓬勃發展，有必要使同學們對此相關法令做一瞭解，以應未來就業之需要，故於此課程中，將提出重要之公司與證券管理法規做為授課內容。 |
Objectives |
This course covers the provisions of the “Securities & Exchange Law” and the fundamental provisions of “company limited by shares” of the “Company Law.” Essential topics of this course are : company limited by shares; offerings, issuing and trading of securities; securities firms; stock exchange; arbitration; and penal provisions. |
