| 課程目標 |
我們在日常生活中，具備一些基本法律知識，如民法、刑法是有必要的。法學緒論是一門探討法律思想與法律制度的導論課程。本課程可以讓學生了解到法律的基準與效力，法律與社會的關係，法理學的意義與內容、法學的主要派別及學說、民法、刑法行政法及其訴訟法之簡介，及司法改革與司法獨立之相關問題。 |
Objectives |
Law and order should always be maintained in our society. Law plays an important role that is the crucial criteria to the state institute, government policy, and social development. The symbol of a democratic country is essentially “rule of law”, or “rule by law”. This course contains two topics: One is the universal concept of law, which includes the kinds of jurisprudence, the schools of jurisprudence, the theories of jurisprudence. The other includes the validity of judgment, the interpretation of law, and the independence of jurisdiction. |

| 成績評量方式 |
1、期中成績與期末成績，各佔50%；
2、本學期尚有不定期之作業或小考，該等分數均作為學期調整成績之用。詳言之，以期中考為分界，之前的成績計入期中考，加總成期中成績；之後的成績則計入期末考，成為期末成績。期中成績與期末成績兩者各占50%。 |

本課程除以課本為主要講解內容外，上課亦會配合時事，藉以說明法律之運用。同時佐以解析社會案件，達到加深法律之印象與理解。 |
Syllabus |
We will take explaining textbook as the principal thing and co-ordinate the social news in order to make the students to understand the meaning of the law. |
