本課程設計主要在使學生了解多國籍企業運作、發展和實務活動。課程設計分為四大主題，分別為：(1)多國籍企業之本質；(2)策略內涵與形成；(3)組織設計與策略聯盟；(4)人力資源管理等。 |
Objectives |
This course is designed to familiarize students with developments and practices in multinational management. Four major themes are addressed in this course: I. Nature of multinational management. II. Strategy content and Formulation. III. Organizational Design and Strategic Alliances. IV. Human-Resource Management. |
