| 課程目標 | 本課程主要在於邀請工業工程與管理相關專家學者蒞校專題演講，於學期中亦安排同學前往工廠參觀，以獲取工廠相關實務經驗。 | Objectives | This course mainly invites specialists and scholars who major in industrial engineering and management to hold speeches. Worksite visits are arranged to obtain some experiences with enterprises. |

The graduate students are also demanded to give presentations on the journal papers assigned by their graduate advisors. These are expected to inspire students to enter the research fields. |
