Objectives |
The seminar in business laws provides the extensive views of legal issues arising out of the management of corporation. Students would be asked to familiarize themselves with all phases of lagal and business concerns including the party rights of contract, the protection of consumers, the fair competition environment of business, the corporate governance and the legal structure of corporate security transactions. |
